The Artist reserves the right to produce this image in other limited editions, in other format sizes and to use for other purposes such as greeting cards, promotional purposes or in a book. These reproductions are not considered originals but may augment the value of your original.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND RETURN POLICY

I take a lot of pride in providing you with the best quality prints and best possible service. If you do encounter any problem, please contact me. There is a human on the other end of the phone or email! I will do my best to help you with no stress.

* Cancellations

I gladly accept cancellations. Request a cancellation within 4 hours of purchase. All my prints are made to order so If you need to cancel your order, please do it as soon as possible. If the manufacturing process has already begun, it will be too late. If unsure, just contact me as soon as possible so I can try to stop the printing process.

* Returns and Exchange

All my prints are made-to-order. Refunds can only be made for faulty or damaged items. If your item is faulty or damaged:

- contact me within 3 days of receipt with a description of the damage.

- I will arrange for a replacement or refund.

* Shipping

Shipping within the United States is done via USPS. It takes generally from two days to two weeks for your item to arrive. If your print has not arrived within that time frame, please contact me so I can attempt to track it for you.

International post can sometimes take two to four weeks depending on the location. Please be patient. If your order hasn't arrived with four weeks please contact me so I can attempt to track it for you.

Small prints are generally shipped flat in a protective envelope. Medium and large prints may be flat in a protective envelope or sent inside a roll.

Expedite delivery is possible for some items and locations. Please contact me so I can provide you with a shipping quote.

If you live outside of the United-States your print may be subject to custom/import taxes from your own country. Unfortunately I am not able to provide you with a potential estimate on these fees or take financial responsibility for any custom/import tax.
